KQC has grown in stature to be recognised as one of the U.K.’s leading flooring specialists having been established in the Lake District for over 30 years. Working closely with interior designers, architects and developers across the U.K. it deemed necessary to open an additional sister store, now located in the heart of Cheshire, in Knutsford. Our sales teams are readily available to work with you to specify and design the most appropriate flooring solutions, supporting you throughout the process from initial design consultation, through to installation and aftercare.

Being handpicked as an Exclusive Amtico One Premium Partner means we have our own Amtico bespoke design studio featuring an innovative ‘Room Visualiser’ and hundreds of different samples, laying styles, and colours for customers to experiment with. We are also one of only a handful of UK-approved Benott retail partners and have a dedicated wood flooring studio within the Kendal showroom.

Stocking the finest carpet and flooring brands such as Axminster, Ulster, Brintons, Crucial Trading, Westex, Brockway, Riviera, Victoria and an exclusive Herdwick carpet range! As well as Karndean, our exclusive Amtico design studio and brand new Benott wood floor studio.

Our aim was to create a studio for flooring inspiration and design, where you can feel at ease. With our extensive knowledge and experience within the flooring industry, having been established for over 30 years in the Lake District, we felt it was necessary to try something different!!

We believe the key to high quality flooring is not only in the product itself, but also in the preparation and fitting. This is why we fully employ over 20 fitters to ensure each project, no matter the scale, is prepped and fitted to the highest standard of workmanship and is project managed by our team from initial enquiry through to fitting completion.

This inspiring space is a collaborative venture with Rols and Off the Loom—uniting premium design brands in one destination for architects, interior designers, and developers.

We specialise in beautifully handcrafted wood flooring for high-end residential and commercial projects, both in the UK and internationally. Whether it’s private homes or landmark developments around the world, we’re proud to contribute to the creation of exceptional spaces.
