We have had the pleasure of working with established, award winning, property developer Russell Armer for over 20 years.

Russell Armer is known for their quality, individual approach when it comes to their properties and the developments they undertake. Alongside creating new homes they also bring buildings back to life in the form of apartments and luxury homes.

Over the past 12 months we have worked on some superb developments with the team, including Oversands View, an exclusive new residential development comprising 42 beautifully designed 2, 3  and 4 bedroom houses on the outskirts of Grange-over-Sands. Tenterfield is an exclusive collection of 1 – 4 bedroom homes in Kendal’s historic conservation area. This development recently won Best Residential Development (Cumbria) at the UK Property Awards!

Our most recent project with Russell Armer was Lesketh Howe. Originally built in the 19th century as a grand family home it has now been redeveloped into six unique two storey homes. Retaining many period features the property is set in secluded grounds which boast beautiful views of the surrounding fells.

We work closely with the in house design team at Russell Armer to ensure we provide the most appropriate flooring for their show homes. We greatly look forward to welcoming the new homeowners into our showroom to select their own bespoke flooring scheme whilst enjoying a cup of locally roasted coffee.
