Delivery and Returns

We hope you will be happy with your new rug purchase from KQC.
Please find useful information below regarding your delivery options.
Custom Made rugs are made especially for you and will be delivered typically within 2 – 3 weeks, but please allow up to 12 weeks delivery.

Delivery – Our dedicated delivery team will contact you as soon as the rug arrives with us, to inform you of the delivery slot available. Please make sure the item will fit into the room and also make sure doorways and hallways on the way are clear and wide enough for it to pass. Please inform our team of any access issues both outside and inside your home that may hinder delivery, for example, small narrow roads, small doorways and corridors.
KQC Premium Delivery and Install – Optional at an extra cost of £100. Our delivery team will carefully position the item in a room of your choice and upon request will dispose of all packaging.
Returns and Refunds – A custom made products cannot be cancelled by you, either before or after delivery for a refund nor an exchange.
Orders for custom made rugs will not be placed without first confirming after receiving a sample.
