The Waternook Estate is home to a collection of self-catering properties, arguably situated in one of the best locations in the Lake District, with unprecedented views over Ullswater.

Waternook itself, The Great Barn, and their incredible facilities provide a level beyond 5* living, with lake access and an array of luxury concierge services. Within the private estate you can take part in country pursuits, private flying lessons or even host your own intimate wedding.

We were delighted to be brought on to this project by local interior designers Whitemore & Thwaytes, Maureen and her team hold years of experience creating truly incredible schemes for remarkable properties. We have worked with Maureen on many projects over the years and are proud to support her and the team with a variety of flooring, working closely to ensure the products suggested are the best options available and most suited to her concept.

Waternook required a variety of luxury traditional carpet for bedrooms, hallways and staircases. A variety of stunning designs were chosen from two of the most renowned brands in the carpet industry, Brintons and Ulster. These carpets not only boast beautiful colours and patterns but are hard wearing and suitable for the level of footfall Waternook receives throughout the year. One of the most spectacular designs was from the Brintons range designed by the acclaimed Timorous Beasties, the carpet features butterflies making their way through a beautiful botanical scene.

The size of the project required multiple site visits and consultation meetings to ensure the project was delivered on time and completed with an exceptional level of quality.
